Groph Roleplaying (posted 7:28)

Well its actually been up a couple of days, but I forgot to advertise it, so here goes!

There is now a Roleplaying forum on Grophnet, ready for people too Roleplay their Grophs. There are already two games starting, both looking for players. Duckiemonster is running a Jungle Expedition (for Grophs of all levels) while David is running a Desert Journey (for grophs with one stat of at least 20). Both games still have a couple of spaces (as of writing) so get over there and sign up now!

Cheaper Contests (posted 5:18)

The cost of opening a contest has been slightly reduced. Remember, to get a cheaper contest add more restrictions on the stats of the Grophs who can enter.

Quick Delete (posted 3:58)

There is now a quick delete menu at the top of your items page, just like the quick sell menu. This will allow you to delete multiple items at once.

It appears that Grophland was down, or not functioning, for most of Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning this weekend. User shave reported pages not loading, images coming out black, files not ebing available, random logging out, and all sorts of other errors. We believe that these were caused by some fault in the server, but as yet we don't know what was going on. I have been in touch with Dreamhost to try and find out.

Groph Stats (posted 5:31)

When viewing your Groph stats you can now click on the column headings to sort the table by the chosen column. In addition a new page has been added showing a summary of your Groph's breeding stats, again you can sort this in the same way.

NEW SITE FOR GROPHLAND (posted 8:16)

At last the time is here. Despite all the wonderful times Grophland has had on this server, it is time for us to move to a new home. We have a new server, where we have been testing Grophland for the last three or four weeks, and have hopefully now ironed out all the bugs. We will be moving to the new server this Wednesday. At that time Grophland will be shut down and we will copy the database to the new server. I am not sure exactly how long this will take, there may be a few hours while grophland is not available. After that time I will put up a page showing the way to the new Grophland.

Have a look at your striped and spotted Grophs. As an experiment their stripes and spots are now a darker shade of the groph's body colour, rather than grey! Please post on the forums and let me know what you think of this.

The way Groph images are drawn has been updated today, hopefully this will finally solve the issues with grophs not hatching or updating properly. This change means that there is no longer a single unique image URL for each Groph, so if you want to link to a Groph image from offsite, please have a look at the forums to see how.

As of today, every time you upgrade your gym, all of your grophs will get a +1 bonus to strength, charm, agility and intelligence
