Eye Colours (posted 3:51)

After a week or so of testing, and a lot of voting, the new eye colours have been introduced properly today. All existing Grophs now have an eye colour based on their body image (as they have done for the past week), while new Grophs will have eye colours based on their parents just like with body colours. Cheap eye drops to turn Grophs's eyes black (i.e. the old style) will be available soon.

As with any new feature there is a chance that some part of the system will not work as expected. If you see any odd problems with eye colours when using the breeding or hatchery features, please let us know.

Account Renewals (posted 5:23)

We have now added a facility for people to renew their paid accounts up to 150 days before they expire! Yes we really have had paid accounts long enough for that to be needed now :) Renewing an account early has no effect on how long it stays paid for, you still get your full time. You can renew from the payments page, of course, and a reminder will appear when you log in if your account has 50 days or less to go.

Experimentally contests can no longer raise a Groph's stats above 300

EDIT: I accidentally caused grophs with stats over 300 to be reduced to 300 when a contest ends, I didn't plan this! Please let me know if it happened to you and I'll fix it!

Pedigrees (posted 5:51)

You can now see the pedigree of your Groph going back 4 generations on the brand new Pedigree Page! To see the pedigree for your Groph go to their page, scroll down to the bottom of their items, and click on Pedigree. You can then navigate at will through their ancestors and children.
