A new article has been added to the Grophlopedia telling the story of the Winter Festival, Kala and Kuak day.
To celebrate the winter festival Mayor Amadeus has set up a free Winter Giveaway in the Town hall. Each and every day between now and the 25th there will be a different free item to collect. What's more each of these items is unique, it will never be available again!
Yes, at last there are three new pools for paid members! Of course you will need the second $5 pool upgrade to get them, but finally there are as many pool spaces as nest spaces available.

Two new items have been added to the Grophland store on Cafepress, these are nice spiral-bound journals with pictures of Grophtown and the main island on the fronts. Get them today for only $10 each, in time for Christmas!
A Grophlopedia Article on the Unsolved Mysteries of Grophland was added today.
The features forum is now open for Winter Festival items. We will only be taking the best three items, so get drawing!
A whole slew of new items have been added today, all contributions picked by Victoria and Amadeus. Most of these items can be found in the brand new "Amadeus' Gift Shop" which has just opened in the Town Hall. Be warned, however, the shop is only open to paid members of Grophland.

The Forest Sage seems to have a new mystery tablet for people to help her solve. This one is a real challenge, she has no idea what it says.
This new Acid Shield was actually released yesterday, but there were a few bugs to iron out.

Grophland has a brand new front page today! The front page has been totally redesigned, and we have added a whole lot of introductory pages to tell potential new users all about the wonder that is Grophland! We hope you like it.
A new rule has been added telling people to type properly! Check your spelling! Check your grammar! Check for typos! Check that what you are about to post makes sense! We know that not everyone spells well, we know that not everyone has English as a first language, but we do ask you to try.
You can see this rule as A.1.1.7 and C.1.11
The rules have been heavily re-written and re-structured. They now include many more detailed points about how breaches are handled and should hopefully be more clear (even if they are longer).
Two new items of information now appear in the Grophlopedia listsings for an item, its average price in user shops, and the total quantity of the item currently in Grophland. This information is updated hourly
We have something for every collector today, a wizard item, an insect, an artefact, a fish ... For those of you keeping count we also have a new treasure and a new Ellyrian item here. There is also an additional hidden wizard item added today, as well as a new recipie using existing items.

Well it is now the end of Harvest and Halloween on Grophland. This means that the Harvest shop is no longer open, the Halloween items are no longer available in the shops, and the scary cave in the mountains is now closed, we hope you enjoyed all of it.
Don't worry though, there are more new features on the way. Collectors should look out for some more items that might be suitable for their collections, and wizard fans will also have some new recipies to seek out (a new clue has already been added, congratulations if you have found it). New Avatars will also be on their way.
And just to whet your appetite a brand new feature will appear THIS SUNDAY COMING! But I won't tell you what.
A Happy and Safe Halloween to All Grophland.
Victoria made a little mistake with the new items yesterday, turning all of the Dress of Veils into Cobweb Capes instead. This has now been corrected, but that means that all of you who bought Cobweb Capes yesterday now have Dresses of Veils instead. Sorry
Here at last, the four special halloween items chosen from the features forum!
