If you look at the top of your inventory you'll see a new box with a find button at the top. Enter the name (or part of a name) of an item here and click the button to search your inventory, containers, grophs, shops and auctions and display the results. Hopefully this should bring an end to people losing items they actually still have.

When you put your mouse over an item picture or link (assuming your browser is up to date) you will now see a small tooltip telling you more about the item, e.g.

Big changes are coming to your favorite town today, that's right, Grophtown is all shiny and new!

If you visit Grophtown today you'll see that a new street has a appeared, Hill Street, over to the left of the main square. At the moment Hill Street has only one place of interest, the Junk Shop, but like Salt Street we are sure more things will arrive soon. So what has taken the place of the Junk Shop in the Main Square you ask ... only the brand new Cash Store!

Those of you using the Arena and Pit should see some improvements to the combat display today. Specifically big glowing numbers indicate damage and healing (these look better on Firefox than IE but should work on both). Meanwhile under each participant, where things like poison normally show up, you should now also see weapon effects, boosters, concentration and the like. Note that this is still a work in progress, so it's possible the wrong icon will show for some effects. Please let me know if that is the case.
