Congratulations to Lord Aquaria 1110 Professor of Aquaria and to his Court of Finalists:
The Redrawing of clothing items is continuing. Many old favorites, like the flowers and the desert clothing have now been updated, along with oldies like the t-shirts. A few have had to be redrawn entirely, like the Monk's Robes, while others have just been smoothed. You should also see some of the item icons changing.
As always there is the chance that some items will not redraw correctly, or will produce issues when viewed on a Groph. If you see anything like that let us know.
A little experiment in hat design here. Tell me what you think

Aquaria Day is once again fast approaching. The Lord Aquaria contest is taking entries for just one more day, then the Lady Aquaria contest will open for entries. There are 13 exclusive titles given away for each contest. Do you have an Aqua Groph that could be a winner?
Victoria and I will be away till next Wednesday, so no payments will be processed at that point.
Some exciting new changes have been made to the Groph Details page today, which should make it easier to dress and redress your Grophs. The list of currently worn clothing now has X links to let you quickly remove them. In addition a red tab with a + appears next to the Groph picture. Clicking it will open a dressing room window with all items currently in your inventory that this Groph can wear. Simply click an item to put it on the Groph.
As of today almost all cloaks have been redrawn to have smooth outlines. A couple of contributed ones have not been done however.
Never worry about feeding your Grophs again! The Snail Maid will take of it all for you! This charming minion will put together a meal for all of your Grophs at once, feeding them as close to full as possible with your existing food. Available today from your Mayor!

Now you too can pull off a farmer impression, or, if that doesn't appeal, dress to impress.

At long last the confusing combat rankings (Master, Grand Master etc.) have been replaced by a numerical scale similar to that used in contests. Indeed a Rank 2 battler should be roughly at Rank 2 contest level as well.
All Grophs now show their combat rank at the bottom of their page with the rest of the battle information. Battle Ready Grophs also display this in a shield at the top of their page. You can also see the rank on your Battle ready page (which you can now access easily from the combat ready option on your Groph listing).
The Combat Rank also forms the core of the new Opponent Finder. Click on one of your Grophs and you will see Grophs of a similar Rank to yours available to challenge. We hope this will make it vastly easier to find Grophs to battle with.
Stay tuned for more changes ...
Some small changes have been made to the battle system today
Summer is fully in swing, and so the Cash Store has restocked with some brand new items. These ones have a fishing theme, for spending a lazy day (or week) at one of Grophland's lovely fishing spots.

The Black Falchion now inflicts plague on it's user less often. In addition the Plague inflicted on opponents does more damage, lasts longer and has a larger penalty to Strength and Agility.
Congratulations to the winners of the 1st Annual Dairy Day Snail Contest!

Some updates today
Possibly the oddest item we have ever created. The Helpful Globoth will sit inside one of your containers and catch passing items of the right type when you buy them. At the moment it only works with items purchased from the Grophland shops, but user shops will follow soon.

As of today the Froggle Chef, Mesarch Scribe and Salamander Alchemist will sometimes produce two of the item when making a recipe.
As of this week Dairy Snail pets will produce milk.
We aren't quite sure what this lot is for, but the Pet shop seems to be selling them.
