Yarg cheese. Must be made up, right? Nope, it's an actual cheese, first
produced by the Gray family of Cornwall, in the United Kingdom. 'Yarg' is
actually 'Gray' spelled backwards. It's cow cheese, and isn't produced as
wildly as some cheeses are. It's texture varies from soft and creamy on the
outside, to hard and crumbly on the inside.

After being made, the Yarg is wrapped up with nettle leaves. Nettle is a type
of t[bleep] plant. The leaves give this unusual cheese it's characteristic
flavor, described by some as a 'delicate, almost mushroom-like' taste. This is
added to by the mold that is allowed to grow under the leaves, which is edible.
