Being from an entirely different branch of the family tree, Vascilia - Vas to
his friends - didn't know any of the other Gondorians currently living in
Geckolopolis before he came here in the wake of the House's collapse. He'd
never even set eyes on them. As such, when he showed up all worn, weary and
weathered, fleeing a pack of robbers who were after his luggage, no one quite
knew what to make of him. It was only after he recovered sufficiently that
they learned the truth about his identity, as well as the fact he'd actually
been on his way to a port city a hundred miles down the coast in an attempt
to get to Texolia and seek help from a distant uncle he'd never met. The
Geckolopolis Gondorians pooh-poohed this idea quite quickly. Instead they
insisted that he stay in the kingdom. Obviously Vas decided to do so,
and now lives happily as an innkeeper.
