Garana first came to Geckolopolis as a footloose young noblegroph looking to
make diplomatic connections for his prominent mainland family. Needless to
say, he was welcomed with open arms and quickly granted quarters in the city
proper, where it wasn't long before he gained his reputation for being an
incorrigible flirt! He's quite harmless though, never overstepping his bounds
and always respecting a lady if she tells him to go away, and his neighbors
knew it, so on the whole no one cared. Many of the girls on his block even
encouraged his affections. He is after all quite a handsome and dashing
groph. As his family fell into decline, Garana became a jeweler to earn his
way. He also shifted his residence to the shoreline above the city after his
great granddaughter Gareona I of Wervinus came to stay with him.
