Azulon is the head of the extended Fire Groph family. Opinions differ if Azulon is better described as a resourceful adventurer or as a moneygrubbing con Groph, but nobody will deny that he is a Grophtet Grandmaster who is a match for Grophamun himself and that the wealth of Mote Cave is based on the countless prizes he carried away from the Pharo's tomb.

His position in the Undercity established, Azulon now increasingly uses his influence in the world of politics, making a name as ambassador to Tollia. Rumour has it that he somehow had his hands in the resurfacing of King Regibald's stolen crown.
