Prince Foutar (foe-T-air) has retreated from mainstream palace life,
preferring instead to divide most of his time between private meditation in
the solitude of his hut and studying philosophy up at the Mainland Monastery.
He has been known to spend hours just sitting and contemplating the intricate
designs of the dream-catcher he carries. However he is also well known for his
good humor. Foutar, in his own soft, quiet way, enjoys company, and drops by
the castle every so often to tell those who will listen stories of his
travels; what he has learned and what he has seen. The young ones in
particular enjoy this.
