What can I tell you? Quite a lot as it turns out. I knew that Garnet was planning something; she'd wrapped her lunch in a shawl for a start, and who would do that? Particularly as it was sperry pie, and everyone likes sperry pie.
I didn't know what to do so I spoke to Ferdy. He's my brother, he says he isn't, but Ferdy has his own agenda. I know because I helped him write most of it. He said I should tail Garnet. I didn't want to at first because it sounded painful and she is my very best friend, but he said it had nothing to do with biting, I should just follow her in a sneaky surreptitious way. Acually he just said 'sneaky'.
I tried, but it was really difficult without a compass. Thankfully Garnet moves at full pelt, like a stampede, that helped. Also she left a trail of crumbs behind her...
Now that I've found her, I'm going to keep her in full sight at all times.
Ferdy has promised to teach me the finer points of sneakery so that should help. I know I'm a really quick learner.
