Sneaky Grophs have a natural surreptitious streak, always cautious, never wanting to show their hand too soon. This caution makes them excel at stealthy tasks.

Flishp sits kind of at the center of the complicated structure that is the Mote Cave Crime Syndicate. He is one of the four Grophs that work directly for Azulon, but the vast majority of the Gang is made up by Flishp's family members and they reply only to him. But keep in mind that he and all the Aqua Grophs are subordinate to his beloved wife Shelly - the Aqua Clan Chief! Still, Shelly is a thief too and within in the Gang structure, Flishp outrules her.

I guess we can count ourselves happy, that they all get along so well.
